I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie and im not quite sure what they even gave me. Picture is posted. Tomatos were old, I asked for fried onions and got raw, there was hardly any meat as you can see in the photo. Never will go back.

I have NEVER had an experience like this at any other restaurant.

Food was not good no flavor n cheese steak sandwich was soggy...

We have given this place numerous tries to get a very simple order right but they seem to be incapable of following through even though every time, they agree to our order by saying they could do it. This is something that any pizza place - even poorly run pizza businesses, would be able to do. And in fact, they have gotten our simple order right one time (woo! Congrats for doing what you're supposed to for once!). This is starting to make us believe that they are making our order wrong on purpose because the amount of times that we have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt is ridculous, just to be disappointed every time. Would recommend going down the street to Vincenzo's little Italy, they're better in my opinion anyway.

Do not dine at this restaurant. Customers should not be treated this way.

I explained that I was never offered the dine-in menu, and asked for a refund. He begrudgingly looked at my receipt and tossed three 1 dollar bills towards me. I explained that this wasn't correct, so he told me that he "does the same grade school math that I do." This exchange continued until I pulled out the calculator on my phone to show him how he was wrong. He was incredibly rude towards me, saying things like "You gave me the wrong receipt" (I gave him the only one my server gave me) and and "you ordered a soda" (I didn't). I finally got the money back I was deserved, and he told me to leave. This whole exchange was antagonistic and unprofessional. He also asked me to keep my voice down. I assume he wanted to make it seem like I was being unruly. I was speaking very calmly.

Chicken parm grinder and white pizza slice were absolutely delicious, and delivery was fast!

I was not unruly. I was calm, cool and collected. And for bringing up this concern I was treated with the utmost disrespect by being told I couldn't do math and by being physically threatened. No business should be run like this. And it's a shame, because the pizza was very good. I see other's have complained about their customer service, too.

After tipping my server, I noticed a man standing over me, glaring at me. I asked if he was the manager, which he said he was. I began to tell him about my exchange, in which he responded that the "dine-in menus are on every table." I explained they weren't on my table, to which he told me "that's impossible." I asked him if he was calling me a liar, to which he responded, and I quote, "Get out of my store before I bash your skull in." Mind you I was NOT being rude in any way, merely expressing my dissatisfaction with the service I received. I told him he wouldn't do that, because I knew he wouldn't, in which he started inching towards me threateningly. At this point my temper got the best of me. I flicked him off and left. He was behind me the whole time threatening more violence.

I came to dine in this past Saturday at Italian Affair and was presented with only the take out menu. Upon ordering and eating, the server ran my card and I noticed I was overcharged by about $6 ($24 vs. $18). I brought this up to a man at the register, and he explained that the prices are different for dine-in because the "pizzas are a little bigger." The sizes of the pizza are listed on the menus.
